Transitional Researcher Program - Market Research Department

Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial is passionate about building a strong foundation for its future Runners and Sales Professionals through a foundation of training and education within the Market Research Department combined with key interaction with the company’s sales professionals during the same time frame.

The Transitional Researcher will have an opportunity to work with the company’s brokerage professionals and develop a complete understanding of market research which is critical to the company’s brokers and clients. Market research information and analysis serves as the basis for all decision making within commercial real estate transactions.

The Transitional Researcher will develop confidence and expertise in all areas of market research as well as being exposed to working with the brokerage professionals to learn about opportunities with the different specialty divisions and with the different brokerage teams.

This Transitional Researcher or pre-runner program should only be looked upon as a supplement to the full-time, long-term staffing and structure of the market research function.
